Education
Mr. Petsinger received a B.S. degree in Industrial Administration from Yale University in 1953, a M.S.I.A. degree from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business in 1955, a M.S.E.R. degree in Energy Resources and Management from the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Energy Resources in 1975, and completed all course work for a doctorate degree in Environmental Systems Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1978.
